Houston Curator is pleased to announce our monthly exhibitions at Sean Anthony Salons, 3300 Chimney Rock, Houston. Sean Anthony Salons is a unique space, it is an art gallery with a salon inside. Clients can relax and fill their senses with beautiful original artwork by local artists while receiving professional salon treatments. On the First and Third Sundays of the Month, unless otherwise scheduled, Artists, Artisans, Crafters, Farmers, and a variety of vendors come together for Chimney Rock Market. Noon - 4pm. The building is also open during this time so that the artists have time to invite their own personal collectors as well as meet new ones at the market. 2-4PM on selected market days, Houston Curator will provide refreshments and ask all participating artists join us for an artists reception.
This is a brilliant opportunity for artists to get their artwork in front of potential collectors who may not frequent other galleries. Artists are encouraged to contact Suzanne Buckland to apply for a monthly solo exhibition in this space. The salon owners and curator will approve artists based on portfolios to be displayed. The artist will be notified of approval and be sent an artists agreement. All artwork must be professionally finished, no staples on edges, gallery wrapped or framed if canvas, wood, or other media. Must hang flush against the wall and wired. All information provided by the artist about the artwork must be correct. All artwork must be for sale. Sean Anthony Salons charge a 25% commission on all sales. Houston Curator charges a fee of $250 per month. Artwork must be delivered and removed on the date and time designated. There will be no storage of artwork. All artists are required to carry insurance on their artwork if desired. Neither Sean Anthony Salons nor Houston Curator will be responsible for condition of the artwork although the utmost care will be taken.

Terms and Conditions:
By entering an exhibition at either location listed above, I agree to the following terms and conditions. All entries must be accompanied by one digital image per entry which may be used for publicity purposes by either Sean Anthony Salons, Houston Curator or both for the duration of the exhibition. All artwork must be delivered by the artist or representative at the designated date and time and must be removed at the designated date and time according to the email which will be sent to the artist upon entry acceptance NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no storage of artwork for any reason. All artwork must be on topic with the monthly themes and must be FOR SALE. Multiple panels are accepted as one entry. All artwork must be professionally finished, if canvas, gallery wrapped or framed, edges finished, and wired on the back. No artwork with sawtooth hangers will be accepted. There is a $20 entry fee per piece, no limit. Sean Anthony and Rejuven8 Medical charge 25% commission on all sales. Payment to the artist will occur on the pick-up date. All artwork should be insured by the artist. Neither Sean Anthony Salons, Rejuven 8 Medical, nor Houston Curator will be responsible for handling or security of the artwork while on the property or during transportation.

Rejuven8 Medical / Sean Anthony Salons Greatwood is another fantastic venue with high traffic in the Sugar Land area and offers artists a unique opportunity to display and sell their artwork in a professional setting. Business hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm.
Monthly themes for Group exhibitions:
Sept. 4 - “Absolutely Abstract”
Oct. 2 - “Fabulous Flowers”
Nov. 6 – “Simply Stunning”
Dec. 4 - “Wings Over Sugar Land ” (Insects, birds, airplanes, etc...)
Jan. 8 - “Seeing Red”
Feb. 5 - “Psychedelic Designs”
March 5 - “Perfect Pastels” (pastel paintings or predominately pastel in shades)
April 2 - “Stormy Weather”
Group exhibitions are held each month at this location. The artwork is changed on the dates listed above at 11am. There is a $20 installation / entry fee per piece to the curator plus 25% sales commission charge by the venue paid to the artist monthly at the end of the exhibition.

All Houston Area Artists are welcome to participate in this years Small Works exhibition and sale. Two-Dimensional artwork must be 24" sq. or less. Three- Dimensional artwork will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
This is a unique opportunity for artists to display their artwork in this beautiful space located within the campus of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 3471 Westheimer, Houston, TX 77027, in the heart of River Oaks. All artwork must be family friendly, professionally finished, framed or gallery wrapped and wired for installation. No sawtooth hangers will be accepted.
Entry fee is $20 per piece or 5 for $90. Each artist is limited to 5 pieces. St. Luke's charges a 25% commission on sales to support its art program. Artists must price their own work accordingly.
Please send a digital image plus description of each piece (Title, medium, size, and price) to email@example.com for consideration.
Space is limited. Entries must be received no later than August 25th at midnight. Should the venue be filled prior to this time, an email announcement will be sent to entrants.
Artwork drop off and installation will be on Thursday, August 30, 11am - 1pm.
Unsold artwork must be picked up on Monday, October 1, 11am - 1pm.
There is no storage for artwork left at the venue and will be disposed if not retrieved. If you cannot come at that time, please make arrangements with a representative to pick up the artwork and inform Suzanne of these arrangements ahead of time.

Neither St. Luke's United Methodist Church nor Suzanne Buckland will be responsible for loss, stolen, or damaged artwork during installation, take-down or exhibition period.
